Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Associate at Fullstack Academy, you will be responsible for growing engagement and down-funnel progression of our owned audiences through the use of our CRM and marketing automation platforms and tools. You will design, manage and track segmentation and communication strategies to those audiences and you will partner with various functions in our organization to deliver an excellent customer experience to our prospective students.


This role is based in our New York City headquarters and reports to our Demand Generation Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

In this role, you will: 

  • Understand and manage the flow of leads through the lead lifecycle across the various funnel stages and operational processes (e. capture, nurture, score, close, etc) in close collaboration with the Enrollment Advising and Admissions departments and owning marketing automation strategies, activities and tools. 
  • Design, implement and monitor segmentation and nurturing strategies with our various audiences and databases. 
  • Design, implement and monitor communication strategies to the various audiences in our funnel through various marketing channels, including email marketing and web personalization. 
  • Manage dashboards and reports to regularly track campaign success and pipeline health and share results with senior management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

You are a great candidate for this role if you have: 

  • Experience developing audience segmentation, database marketing, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies through digital marketing 
  • A data-driven approach to marketing 
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and provide concurrent reporting 
  • A high level of proficiency working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (E.g. Marketo, Infusionsoft, etc), and integrating with other marketing technology platforms and solutions 
  • Marketing experience in Education, Ed-Tech, SaaS or B2B, preferably in high-priced B2C products is a plus 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills 
  • Attention to detail


You are an exceptional candidate for this role if you also have: 

  • Experience in developing and managing marketing reporting is a plus 
  • Experience with any of the following: Zapier, Google Sheets/Excel, Eventbrite, Intercom, Zendesk 
  • Experience marketing high-priced B2C products
