Job Description

Behalf is looking to hire a smart, driven and curious data science developer to be part of our risk platform development team.

As a data science developer you will influence the complete research life cycle, including gathering and defining requirement, research, analysis and proof of concept, and implementation.

You will be developing tools for real time decisions that influence system behavior and use machine learning methods for new model developments. 

As a data science developer you must be an independent thinker, autodidact and have bright analytical capabilities.

As an early-stage company, you will have amazing opportunities to influence our product from risk platform architecture to the team we hire and the type of company culture we want to build.   

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science / Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience as data science developer or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in any object oriented programming language
  • Fluent with SQL
  • Experience in Machine Learning, Predictive modeling and fraud detection algorithms (preferred)
  • Experience/Knowledge in data analytics using Python - advantage
  • Experience/Interest in data and finance
